What areas do you serve?
We serve Orange County and the greater Los Angeles area. Free delivery is included within 15 miles (Regular) or 20 miles (Premium) of Garden Grove, CA. Out-of-radius delivery is available — contact us for a quote.
Can I customize the stickers?
Absolutely. All packages include fully custom stickers with your design, event name, date, or any artwork you'd like. We'll coordinate the design process with you after booking.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance to allow time for sticker design and production. Last-minute bookings within 14 days are subject to a rush fee.
Do I need to provide quarters?
We provide quarters for your guests — no need to worry about coins on your end. If you'd like something more personalized, you can request custom event tokens (engraved or branded to match your event theme) as an add-on.
What if we run out of stickers during the event?
We recommend ordering extra stickers as an add-on to ensure you don't run short. We can also coordinate last-minute refills depending on availability.
Is a deposit required to hold my date?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due one week before your event date.
