The Capsule Club Boutique Sticker Vending Machine Experience Giveaway ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Sponsor's service area is limited to Orange County and Los Angeles, California. Winners whose events are located outside this service area must either (a) host their event within the service area, or (b) accept a substitute prize as described in Section 5. Travel, transportation, and lodging are not included and are the sole responsibility of the winner.

The above persons are welcome to participate to support engagement but will be excluded from the winner drawing and will not receive prize fulfillment. Sponsor maintains a list of such individuals and will exclude their entries from the random selection. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

Entries submitted after the Entry Period deadline will not be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries.
Entry Cap: This Sweepstakes is limited to a maximum of one hundred (100) total entries on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the cap is reached, the Entry Period will close immediately. Sponsor will post a public notice on the original post when the cap has been reached.
To receive one (1) valid entry, an entrant must complete ALL of the following steps during the Entry Period on the official Sweepstakes post on the Sponsor's TikTok or Instagram account:
Limit: One (1) entry per person, per platform. Entries received via other methods will not be accepted.
Free Alternative Method of Entry: To enter without completing the social media steps above, send an email to capsuleclubboutique@gmail.com with the subject line "Sweepstakes Entry" and include your full name, email address, and phone number. Limit one (1) email entry per person.
Completing the entry requirements makes you eligible for selection but does not guarantee a prize. To be confirmed as a winner, the selected entrant must complete the following steps:
Sponsor may contact entrants via DM at any time during or after the Entry Period for verification purposes. Upon close of the Entry Period and completion of the official drawing, the confirmed winner will be notified via DM and must respond within 48 hours. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture and an alternate winner may be selected.
Upon responding, the potential winner will receive a short qualifier survey used solely to verify objective eligibility and collect scheduling information. Survey answers will not be evaluated subjectively. The survey collects the following:
Survey information will not be sold to third parties and will only be used to coordinate prize fulfillment and improve Sponsor's services.
Prize fulfillment will be scheduled in coordination with the winner. Sponsor will offer at least three (3) available dates to choose from. If the winner's event is outside the service area, they may relocate the event or accept a substitute prize of equal or greater value. If Sponsor is unable to fulfill the prize within 180 days due to scheduling conflicts, a substitute prize of equal or greater value will be offered. No cash equivalent will be provided under any circumstances.
If a person tagged in the winning entry also entered the Sweepstakes following all official entry rules, that person is eligible to receive a Referral Bonus Prize equal in value to the Grand Prize at no cost. Conditions:

The 25% consolation discount may be applied to a single booking (full 25% off) or split equally across two (2) bookings at 12.5% off each, at the entrant's request. The discount is non-transferable, has no cash value, cannot be combined with other offers, and must be redeemed within 90 days of the DM confirmation. Total ARV of all prizes: up to $1,800.
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The random drawing will take place on or around July 5–7, 2026. The Referral Bonus winner, if applicable, will be identified from the Grand Prize winner's tagged entries. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received, up to a maximum of 100.
The Grand Prize winner will be announced publicly on July 8, 2026 on the Sponsor's social media account(s). Winners will also be notified via DM prior to announcement. By entering, entrants consent to have their username or first name used in the winner announcement.
Information collected through entry or the qualifier survey will be used for Sweepstakes administration and prize fulfillment only. Information will not be sold to third parties. By entering, participants acknowledge Sponsor's privacy practices as described at capsuleclubboutique.com/privacy-policy.
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.
Granting marketing rights is entirely voluntary and is NOT required to receive the prize. Winners who do not wish to grant marketing rights will receive their prize in full without any penalty or reduction.
By clicking "Submit" on the qualifier survey, entrants acknowledge that they have read these Official Rules and consent to the marketing terms in this Section, unless they opt out as described below. The following disclosure will appear directly above the Submit button on the qualifier survey:
By submitting the qualifier survey, entrants grant Capsule Club Boutique a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and distribute the following for marketing and promotional purposes:
Entrants who do not wish to grant marketing rights may contact Sponsor at capsuleclubboutique@gmail.com prior to submitting the qualifier survey. Opting out does not affect eligibility to win. You may withdraw your marketing consent at any time after submission by contacting Sponsor — withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of any use of your content that occurred prior to withdrawal.
The complete Official Rules are available at capsuleclubboutique.com/sweepstakes and will be linked or referenced in every promotional post, story, or video published by Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes.
